Management is the coordination and administration of tasks to achieve a goal. Such administrative activities include setting the organisation’s strategy and coordinating the efforts of staff to accomplish these objectives through the application of available resources.
As they are at the heart of operations, managers must have an understanding of everything related to the operation: finance, communications, sales, customer relationships, planning, coordination, leadership.
This programme will appeal to students who wish to obtain a general education in the disciplines which underlie the theory and practice of management.

The HELP Management Programme aims not only to help students learn and analyse the disciplines which underlie the theory and practice of management but also to teach the logical analysis of social and individual decision-making processes. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be able to analyse management issues, develop critical skills for a wide range of real-world business and professional situations and be prepared for a career in business administration and management.
