Damai Apartment

Damai Apartment is a sought-after choice for both local and international students, thanks to its prime location right next to the campus. The apartment is also located just across the road from a row of shophouses featuring local eateries, mini markets, laundromats, clinics, and other everyday conveniences. Each Damai unit consists of four single rooms accommodating four same-gender students.

Nadayu Mosaic (Coming soon in 2027)

Nadayu Mosaic offers modern studio-type units ideal for students seeking privacy, comfort, and convenience. Located about 2 km from campus, residents can enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, BBQ pits, badminton courts, gym, café, rooftop library, and sky lounge. Restaurants, grocery stores, clinics, and public transport are all nearby, with a complimentary university shuttle available. Rental rates range from RM1,600 to RM2,000 per month, subject to unit availability.

Nadayu 801
