HELP University organised a Wine Appreciation event at ELM Business School, aiming to educate students on the intricacies of wine dining. This initiative not only enhances their understanding of wine but also aims to elevate guest satisfaction and increase outlet revenue through refined knowledge and service finesse.

The event highlighted wine as more than just a beverage, emphasising its role as a pivotal social and networking tool in various contexts. Facilitating this educational experience was Chris Low, a seasoned Programme Developer renowned for his expertise in wine. With an impressive portfolio of over 100 wine-tasting events and dinners, Chris has trained more than 1000 participants in the art of wine appreciation.

Chris’s credentials include certifications from the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute and HRDC, underscoring his commitment to providing a transformative learning experience. His leadership ensured that students gained practical insights into wine culture, etiquette, and service standards, preparing them for future roles in the hospitality and business sectors.

Overall, the Wine Appreciation event at ELM Business School not only enriched students’ knowledge but also empowered them with skills essential for enhancing customer experiences and driving business success in the food and beverage industry.
