
In conjunction with Food and Hospitality Malaysia 2025, our talented students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism at HELP University made a remarkable impact at the Malaysia Culinaire 2025 and at the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR), Housekeeping competitions held from 23rd to 25th September 2025.
Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025 is a premier biennial trade show hosting 1,500 companies and 15 global pavilions. Drawing 25,000 professionals from 20 regions, it showcases cutting-edge food innovations and hospitality technologies, while also serving as a dynamic platform for industry competitions that spotlight emerging talent and professional excellence.
These achievements are not just wins—they are the result of strategic planning, rigorous training, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Our participation was carefully crafted to align with each student’s strengths, personality, and aspirations. From technical mastery to creative flair, our students demonstrated the competencies and confidence needed to shine on a national stage.

- Bed Making Competition (Individual Junior) – James Ng Jia Yu – Champion
- Mocktail – Howard Chong Zhan Hao – Gold
- Malaysian Local Fruit Caramelization & Flambé – Alvin Wong Min Juin – Gold

Their tireless efforts in preparing our students—through hands-on training, simulated challenges, and motivational support—ensured that every participant was competition-ready and poised to excel.
