On 18 March 2026, HELP University Business School hosted a Hays Career Talk and CV Crafting session at CLTG 2, HELP Subang 2 Campus, aimed at preparing students for their upcoming internship journey.

The session focused on equipping students with practical, real-world skills essential for early career success. Participants gained valuable insights into crafting impactful CVs, preparing for interviews, and confidently responding to challenging interview questions. Beyond technical guidance, the session also encouraged meaningful discussions on personal growth, career direction, and navigating the uncertainties often faced at the start of one’s professional journey.

Conducted by Phoebe Chiew and Anis Fazira Muhammad Firdaus, the session brought industry expertise directly to students. Notably, Phoebe Chiew, an alumna of HELP Business School, added a relatable and inspiring dimension by sharing her own transition from university to the workforce.

Hays Malaysia further reinforced its commitment to developing graduate talent by sharing industry best practices and insights, empowering students to approach their careers with greater confidence and clarity.

This initiative was organised by CAREERsense@HELP University in collaboration with the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accounting (FBEA), reflecting the university’s ongoing commitment to nurturing career-ready graduates.
