Yip Tien Ming

Tien-Ming Yip is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Studies, Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, HELP University. He earned a PhD from Universiti Malaya. His research interests include applied econometrics, demographic economics, financial economics, and development economics. His research has been published in journals such as Economic Change and Restructuring, Singapore Economic Review, Acta Oeconomica, Bulletin of Monetary Economics and Banking, Journal of Central Banking Theory and Practice, and Journal of Financial Economic Policy. From September 2020 to August 2021, he served as a project consultant for the “In-Depth Economic Analysis of the 5G Technology Implementation in Malaysia-Phase 1: National Level Study,” commissioned by the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
