Rajesvare Rada

Rajesvare Rada, a seasoned Senior Lecturer, boasts over ten years of expertise in teaching tourism and events modules across various esteemed educational institutions nationwide. Rajesvare Rada pursued her Professional master’s in international Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Toulouse, France. In 2022, she was honored as a Lifetime Associate of OXCEL for her outstanding personal achievements and contributions to Leadership Development and subsequently served as Advisor/Facilitator for the Tourism Productivity Nexus Virtual Advisory Clinic (T-VAC 2022).  Additionally, she has served as a speaker at the One Year Celebration program with the MADANI Government, discussing Sustainable Tourism Development in Malaysia. Furthermore, she was one of the three panelist in the Policy Dialogue Session titled “Sustainable Tourism in the Post-Pandemic Era” organized by UNDP Malaysia.

As an HRDF-certified Trainer, Rajesvare Rada effectively led the Malaysia Virtual Experience (MyVXp) training initiative in higher learning institutions across Malaysia as the Project Leader and Module Writer under the Tourism Productivity Nexus (TPN). Rajesvare also serves as a Mentor for the Malaysia Virtual Experience (MyVXp 2.0) program, as well as an Assessor/Trainer and Industry Expert for the Malaysia Tourism Excellence (MaTEX) Business Certification Programme under the Malaysia Productivity Council (MPC). Recognized as a Certified ASEAN National Assessor by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia, she brings ext cvensive experience in curriculum design, delivery, and industry networking to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends. Presently, she leads the PATA Malaysia HELP University Student Chapter (PATAMHUSC).

Beyond her academic pursuits, Rajesvare exhibits a profound commitment to both education and sustainable tourism. She holds certifications as a GPM Global certified sustainability practitioner, a Life Coach, and a baker.  With a strong sense of wanderlust, she is dedicated to achieving personal goals that make a positive impact on the world through education.
