Rajender Singh

Rajender Singh have read for a BA (Hons) from USM, an MA from Hull, and an MHRM from OUM, has dedicated twenty nine years to the realm of education. With a fervent passion for teaching, he has imparted knowledge in the subjects of Principles of Management and Organisations & Management. Additionally, he has taken on the responsibility of guiding graduating students through their final year projects.

His academic pursuits align closely with his research interests, particularly focusing on human resource management. His interest delves on employee marginalisation behaviour,  intersection of technology innovations and their impact on employees within organizations. He believes that employees are the cornerstone of organizational success and advocates for their prioritization in organisational policy formulation and implementation.

Throughout his career, he has guided students in understanding the intricate dynamics of management and the critical role of human resources within organizational frameworks.
