Raja Intan Arifah
Intan currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, where she teaches Introduction to Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology and Scientific Thinking and Academic Writing. Her research interest lies in exploring the functioning and well-being of individuals and teams within organizational contexts, particularly focusing on topics such as workplace gossip, job burnout, employee wellbeing and Schadenfreude. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Health, and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University, Netherlands, specializing in work and organization. Intan has shared her research findings at local and international conferences. Through her teaching and research, she aims to deepen understanding of workplace dynamics and promote healthier work environments.
