Aiming towards a pathway in sports psychology, fueled by her deep interest in both sports and mental health, she hopes to be able to go into the industry, helping athletes build resilience, maintain motivation levels, and manage negative emotions such as anxiety and stress as they go through physical trainings as she strongly believes that maintaining a good mental health is just as important as maintaining a good physical health. Currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling, she aims to build the necessary skill sets and expand her knowledge, hoping to make a difference in the sports industry one day.
