Norhakimah binti Seman @ Abdullah
Norhakimah is a Lecturer at Department of Law, Faculty of Law & Government, HELP University and has been a faculty member since 2011. With 14 years of experience in tertiary education, Norhakimah plays a pivotal role in pursuing excellence in legal education and has solidified her position in the academic community.
At HELP University, her contributions have been dynamic in educating students and she teaches several subjects among other are Criminal Law, Malaysian Legal System, Law of Equity and Trust, Employment Law, Business Law, Elementary Law, and Business Ethics. Norhakimah is involved in conducting research and has produced numerous academic publications. Her research interest spans the area of criminal law, Islamic criminal law, and medical law.
Before joining HELP University as an academic, Norhakimah had substantial experience as a lawyer. Her background was in litigation law, and she served in several law firms. She specializes in banking and general litigation.
Norhakimah obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2004. She pursued her Master in Comparative Law (MCL) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2005.
