Ms Deepa Alagappan

Deepa Alagappan is a dedicated lecturer with over five years of experience in teaching psychology, human resource development, and management subjects. Additionally, she serves as a program leader for a prominent degree program in business psychology, where she oversees curriculum development and student guidance. Deepa Alagappan holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Teknologi Malaysia (UMS) and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from the University of Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Psychology at the University of Teknologi Malaysia, focusing on entrepreneurship and psychology area, her passion for nurturing curiosity and fostering supportive learning environments shines through.
