Prior to lecturing, Manibelen was in the IT industry and having over than 15 years of experience in a highly automated IT/Factory Information System/Computer Integrated Manufacturing environment. Responsible in setting up of several Data Centres for large manufacturing facilities in Malaysia.  His interests include fields related to data analytics, data management, networking, and databases.
