Khor Khai Ling

Khor Khai Ling is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at HELP University and a registered counsellor with the Malaysia Board of Counsellors. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from University Tunku Abdul Rahman and Master in Counselling from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is currently pursuing PhD in Medical Science at Sunway University.

Khor has been involved in tertiary education since 2018 and is dedicated to mentoring students and fostering mental health awareness through community engagements. She is also an active researcher focused on the relationship between nutrition and cognitive function, using various cognitive experiments. Her work has been presented at national and international conferences. In addition, she is a member of the Society for Applied Research in Memory and Cognition.
