Jeremiah Liew
Jeremiah graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Master’s in Counseling (Distinction) from HELP University. He has been working in the academic field for approximately nine years since 2015 and currently serves as a lecturer. Jeremiah’s expertise includes the psychology of love and intimate relationships, gender studies, and counseling. As an educator, he aims not only to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application but also to instill character development in his students. Additionally, Jeremiah is a licensed counselor focusing on queer-affirming practices and actively volunteers with several NGOs. He frequently delivers workshops, talks, and guest lectures on Psychology and SOGIESC (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics) topics. Overall, Jeremiah is deeply passionate about empowering youths and minority communities through education, counseling, and spirituality. He strongly believes in the transformative power of these approaches to foster personal growth and drive positive social change.
