Liang Chuan Lau, known as George Lau, is a seasoned educator recognized for his exemplary teaching and leadership skills. With over two decades of experience in the field, George has demonstrated a remarkable ability to engage students and deliver tangible results. He holds a master’s degree in education with a specialization in Guidance and Counselling from the University Putra Malaysia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education focusing on Teaching English as a Second Language from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Diploma in Teaching from the Technique Teacher Training College in Kuala Lumpur.

Throughout his career, George has held various teaching positions, including as a Senior Educator at SMK Cheras and SMK Maxwell, where he received accolades such as the “Caring Teacher” and “Outstanding Discipline Teacher.” He has also served as a tertiary lecturer at HELP University, where he taught a diverse range of subjects including MUET, Business Communication, and Public Relations to international students. George’s commitment to education extends beyond the classroom as he actively contributes to curriculum development, examination administration, and student recruitment efforts. Fluent in multiple languages including Bahasa, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien, George is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural communication and enhancing the learning experience for students worldwide.
