Dr Vimala Kadiresan

Dr Vimala Kadiresan is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accounting at HELP University. Her teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Business Management, and Organization Behaviour. She has been in the tertiary education industry for 15 years which has contributed to effective teaching of business related subjects as in experience sharing and problem solving. She is involved actively in research collaboration and publications. Her research studies have been published in Scopus and other international journals. She is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management- MIHRM.
