Dr Vem linus Jonathan

Dr Linus Vem join ELM in 2026 on a sabbatical engagement and brings with him a bunch of work experience in the public sector, academia and the private sector. He has served as administrative officer with the Head of civil service of the federation in Nigeria, he later joined the services of the University of Jos Nigeria where he is currently an Associate Professor of human resource management and organizational behaviour. Linus has also taken an adjunct /visiting role in other tertiary institutions in Nigeria including National institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, National Open University, Plateau state University, Karl-Kumm University and Industrial Training Fund. In academic leadership, Linus served in various capacities including Diploma programme coordinator, Undergraduate coordinator, Examination officer, MSc and PhD programme coordinator and Head of Department Business Administration in the University of Jos Nigeria.  He has supervised mentored and graduated many undergraduate MBA, MSc and PhD students. Linus is passionate about researcher and is widely published in local and international journals. Some of his publications are found in Q1, Q2 and Q3 journals with many under review in highly ranked journals.
