Dr Rachel Saw
With over 7 years of experience in academia, Dr Rachel is passionate about empowering her students to chase holistic excellence as she believes an exemplary individual does not only excel in the classroom. Throughout her studies, she was active in extracurricular activities, assuming leadership positions and representing her university for the sport of bouldering. Graduated from Monash University in 2022, Dr. Rachel obtained her PhD and Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering. She has worked as a researcher in the Intelligent Lighting Laboratory and a laboratory coordinator for Monash University. She has also published in a Q1 journal on her research in the optimization of circadian lighting design and presented her research in one of the top international lighting conferences in the world.
