Dr Normala A/P S. Govindarajo

Ts. Dr. Normala S. Govindarajo is an Associate Professor with over 17 years of experience in higher education, specializing in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Business Analytics. She is a distinguished scholar holding dual doctorates in Management and Human Resource Management.

Dr. Normala is actively involved with HRD Corp and the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), contributing her expertise to academic–industry collaboration and professional development initiatives. Her research interests include organizational behaviour, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, and sustainable business practices.

She has published extensively in Scopus- and WoS-indexed journals and has participated in international research collaborations with institutions such as Monash University, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), and Xiamen University. She has also contributed to policy advisory research, industry engagement projects, and interdisciplinary grants. Her scholarly achievements include seven registered copyrights and one international patent, reflecting her commitment to innovation and knowledge commercialization.

Dr. Normala actively supervises postgraduate research, serves as an external examiner and APEL Q assessor, and contributes to the academic community as a journal editor and reviewer. She is fluent in four languages, enabling her to engage effectively in multicultural academic and professional environments.
