Dr Joyce Leu Fong Yuen

Dr Joyce is currently an associate professor at HELP University. With 24 years of experience in academia, Dr Joyce contributed to the field through publications in Scopus, ESCI or ISI indexed journals. The research topics covered the areas of human resource, digitalization of the workforce among SMEs, and talent management. Currently, Dr Joyce is keen to explore topics related to HR analytics.

In addition to research, Dr Joyce is committed to excellence in teaching. She is passionate about nurturing young adults to be achievers in their lives in various aspects. She has taught subjects related to industrial relations, labor economics, HR analytics, and research methodology. Over the years, she has supervised more than 100 undergraduates in their research endeavors.

Through her dedication to research and teaching, Dr Joyce continues to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of knowledge in HR-related areas. Dr Joyce obtained her Ph. D in business, master’s degree in human resource development (Master of Science) and degree in industrial economics.
