Hoo Keh Yoong is a Senior Lecturer at HELP University, recognized for his expertise in mathematics, statistics, and analytics. With a solid academic background and a natural talent for quantitative analysis, he adeptly guides students through the complexities of data interpretation and statistical methods. Graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Hons) Actuarial Science from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, he laid a solid foundation for his academic journey. He further solidified his expertise by obtaining a Master of Applied Statistics from the esteemed University of Malaya, where he honed his skills in quantitative analysis and statistical methodologies.
Driven by an unwavering passion for comprehending societal dynamics, he is currently working on his Ph.D. at the University of Malaya, focusing on population and demography, particularly in areas related to reproductive health. This research endeavor underscores his steadfast commitment to addressing crucial societal challenges and contributing to the formulation of evidence-based policies. Beyond his academic pursuits, he is deeply committed to the holistic development of his students.
