Dr Fatimah binti Pa’wan
Dr. Fatimah Pa’wan is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business Economics and Accounting, HELP university. She was graduated with Doctor of Philosophy (Management) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2019, a Master of Science in Information Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2005 and a Bachelor of International Business Management (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 1999.
Dr. Fatimah is an experienced academician in the field of management having served in higher education institutions for not less than twenty-five years, the first seven of which were as an administrator. She teaches Human Resources courses, Entrepreneurship and Conflict Theory and resolution to business students. She has a wealth of experience and skills in, among others, teaching, research, student supervision and academic advising.
Her research interest is in the area Human Resource (HR) management, especially employee retention, talent management, organizational commitment, and employability. She has published her writings in refereed and indexed journals and presented her research findings in local and international conferences.
