Dr. Chong Chew Wuei

Dr. Chong Chew Wuei is currently a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology. Working as a tertiary lecturer for more than 5 years of experience, he helped students in both undergraduate and postgraduate level to navigate and excel in academic life.  

Dr Chong has always been fascinated by how psychology is applied to help improve the life of people from numerous aspects of human life. Psychology is an inescapable part of the circle of life, put into action since someone is born and growing up (Developmental Psychology), school (Educational Psychology), career (Occupational Psychology), starting a family (Parenting Psychology) and so much more. He believes in improving the quality of human life via psychological techniques well supported by research evidence. 

Graduated from University of Otago in 2017, Dr Chong obtained his PhD in Psychology and Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology (Hons First Class).
