Dhanesh started his career as a Law lecturer teaching various law-related subjects from 1994 to 2006. In 2004, he started the Foundation programme at HELP University and has been heading it until 2023.

Dhanesh has also audited and conducted due diligence on various Academic Programmes in several countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Maldives and Nepal.  He was then appointed as Dean of Student of Life and Wellness for HELP University and HELP Academy.

As fate would have it, he channeled his attention from Law to leadership. For the past 20 years, it has been his mission to transform the mindset of young minds. The goal is to make students more employable with the right values and principles ingrained in them. He is involved in various leadership trainings and travels extensively locally and abroad to various institutions and schools advocating growth mindset and positive values. He strongly believes providing students with the right tools to develop themselves are the key to their future endeavors whatever it may be.

In June 2023 he enrolled for a coaching course under the guidance of the founder of Neuro Semantics Dr. Michael Hall and completed the Meta Coaching – Module 3 program. With more than 3 decades of educating under his belt, He has mentored thousands of students and youths to unleash their true potential.
