Cheong Yok Yee

Yok Yee currently serves as a Graduate Tutor at the Department of Psychology, HELP University. With a practical background in mental health education, community service, and outreach, she integrates these values into her teaching by fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment—one that encourages curiosity and equips individuals with skills and perspectives they can apply beyond the classroom.

In addition to her teaching role, she is currently pursuing the Master of Philosophy (Psychology) programme, through which she aspires to contribute meaningfully to psychological research. Her academic interests focus on workplace psychology and social psychology.

Yok Yee graduated with First Class Honours in the Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) programme, offered in collaboration between DISTED College and HELP University, in 2022. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider with the Malaysian Mental Health Association.
