Carmen Lai

Carmen Lai is a dedicated lecturer with over 15 years of experience teaching in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, and Media Theories-related degree courses. She is highly committed to academic excellence and fostering a positive learning environment. Carmen is a member of the Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC) and HELP Synergy Toastmasters Club (HSTMC). She holds an MA in Communication Management from the University of South Australia (UniSA), with research interests in mindful communication and its practices.
