Senior Lecturer
Anujah Pulanthiran
Anujah is currently a Senior Lecturer and Programme Chair for the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons.) programme at HELP University’s Department of Psychology. She is a licensed and registered counsellor (KB.PA) in Malaysia. She graduated with a BSc. (Psychology) from Upper Iowa-HELP University and a Masters in Counselling from HELP University. As a counsellor, she works with clients on grief, adjustment and coping issues, stress, anxiety, depression, as well as couple and family relationships. She has worked with diverse populations, including the homeless, university students, children, young adults, and survivors of domestic violence. She also teaches courses in leadership, communication, as well as counselling theories and skills in the undergraduate programmes and serves as the staff advisor for the Child Development Psychology Club. Anujah has also conducted many seminars and workshops and has been invited as a guest on BFM Radio to share her thoughts on the topics of mental health and wellbeing.
