Andrea Wang Shuan Wern 

Andrea is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Business Studies, FBEA. As a committed and professional English lecturer with more than 14 years of experience in teaching ESL learners at the tertiary level, she is capable of handling learners of different proficiency levels and diverse cultural backgrounds such as students from China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. Striving to promote an interesting and motivating learning environment for her students, she believes in incorporating the latest technology in the lessons to promote students’ learning and engagement in class. Equipped with excellent verbal communication and written skills and exceptional knowledge of the language, Andrea has been teaching subjects, such as English, Business Communication, English for Special Purposes and Business Writing Skills. In addition to that, Andrea also designs ESL curriculum and conducts public speaking workshops for students. Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science In Education (TESL), Andrea obtained her Master In English As a Second Language (MESL) in 2009 from Universiti Malaya.
