Tutor

Aaron serves as a graduate tutor at the Department of Psychology at HELP University. He is responsible for conducting tutorial classes and consultations, covering a range of psychological topics, to support students’ understanding of fundamental concepts and theories. He also assists with administrative matters within the department.

Aaron graduated with first-class honours from the Bachelor of Psychology programme at HELP University in 2025. His extensive background in exercise and combat sports inspires him to pursue postgraduate studies in sports psychology, with a particular interest in translating psychological findings into practical strategies for improving physical fitness, performance, and well-being.

Beyond sports, Aaron has a keen interest in philosophy. His undergraduate thesis explored the ancient Greek ideology of Stoicism and its value in supporting cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation. He also draws inspiration from the works of Viktor Frankl and Albert Camus in how he approaches life.
