Dr. Wong Shin Pyng is a senior lecturer in the Department of Education, with an extensive 16-year tenure across universities and schools. Dr. Wong’s scholarly pursuits have been marked by research contributions and publications. Her research portfolio focuses on educational research methodology, innovative teaching and learning strategies, education policy and its practical implications, and the dynamics of workplace communication within educational contexts. Dr. Wong holds a doctoral degree in educational research from Lancaster University, UK.
