Syafiq bin Amri

I began my teaching career back in 2009 after graduating from International Islamic University Malaysia with a master’s degree in English literary studies. My studies focused on the intricate issues of identity, nationhood, loss of culture, and longing for homeland in South Asian post-colonial literature. At the faculty, I teach courses like Critical Thinking Skills and Culture, Arts, and Politics. I have strong passion in teaching because I believe education opens up opportunities to people and brings change in their lives, little by little.
