Position: Senior Lecturer in Human Resources
Location: Damansara Height/ Subang Bestari
Job Description:
- Teach postgraduate courses.
- Supervise student thesis.
- Provide feedback to students on their learning through student consultations.
- Conduct research in areas as per discussion with Dean/ Head of Department.
- Publish papers and present papers at local and international conferences.
- Other duties within the Department and University as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates with PhD in the Human Resources related areas.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at a postgraduate level.
- Experience as a programme leader is favorable.
- A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programme.
- Experienced in supervision of postgraduate students and as internal examiner.
- Evidence of outstanding record of research publications in highly referred international journal publishers.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Able to undertake duties at different University campuses as required.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
