Cancellation & Refund Policy / 取消与退款政策

On or before September 30, 2026: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
2026年9月30日（含）以前：可退还全部注册费，但须扣除10%手续费。

October 1–October 15, 2026: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
2026年10月1日至10月15日：可退还注册费的70%。

October 16–31, 2026: Generally non-refundable. A 50% refund may be considered for a Malaysian visa refusal upon official proof and committee review.
2026年10月16日至31日：原则上不予退款。因马来西亚签证被拒并提供正式拒签证明，经组委会审核后，可退还注册费的50%。

After the Forum begins: No refund requests will be accepted. Bank charges, credit-card processing fees and exchange-rate differences are non-refundable.
论坛开幕后：不再接受任何退款申请。银行手续费、信用卡手续费及汇率差额不予退还。
