KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Student Recruitment (New student – Undergraduate)
a. Assist in implementing effective sales strategies to drive student enrolment and retention.
b. Engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information on programs, scholarships, and career pathways.
c. Support the admission process, ensuring mely responses to inquiries and a seamless application experience.
d. Monitor and report on enrolment trends, student inquiries, and conversion rates.
2. Campus Operations & Administration
a. Oversee daily front-office and reception activities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for students and visitors.
b. Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, reception, and academic teams for a positive student experience.
c. Assist in organizing and executing campus events, open days, and student engagement initiatives.
3. Team Support & Development
a. Support the Campus Manager in leading and mentoring the sales and reception on teams.
b. Help monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve results.
4. Compliance and Standards
a. Ensure adherence to institutional policies and Malaysian Higher Education regulations in all recruitment and enrolment activities.
b. Maintain accurate records of student applications, inquiries, and operational data.
c. Assist Campus Manager to prepare reports on sales performance, admissions progress, and event outcomes.
5. School Marketing
a. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, education fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
b. Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and other recruitment events to promote its offerings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND JOB COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Academic Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.Â
Experience
1.Candidates with 3-5 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry.
Core Competencies
1.Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin and other dialects will be an added advantage.
2.Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
3.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
4.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
5.Proficiency with Microsoft, CRM or related software.
